The new Maroochydore location forms part of Tesla’s expanding Australian presence, providing a contemporary commercial environment for customers and day-to-day operations.

As part of the development of Tesla’s new Maroochydore facility, the site required a commercial HVAC solution capable of maintaining comfortable and consistent indoor conditions throughout the showroom and operational areas.


The system needed to integrate with the new development while providing reliable heating, ventilation and air conditioning suited to a modern customer-facing facility.

Our Solution

Working with LT Build, GT Refrigeration supplied and installed the commercial HVAC systems for the Maroochydore facility.


The installation was coordinated around the requirements of the new build, providing reliable climate control, ventilation and airflow throughout the site to support both customer comfort and day-to-day operations.
